Refund & Return Policy

We want you to receive every Outdoor Furniture, Playground, Swing, or Bench order in perfect condition. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at kashaoutdoor@gmail.com with clear photos and details within 24 hours of delivery, so we can assist you quickly.

1. Damaged Product

Minor Damage: No refund. We will send the required replacement part(s) within 7 working days.
Part Damage: No refund. We will send the required replacement part(s) within 7 working days.
Completely Damaged: We will arrange a pickup of the product and issue a full refund once the product has been picked up.

2. Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong model or item, please send us clear photos and details of what was received. We will arrange a pickup and issue a refund within 7 working days after the product has been picked up.

3. Delivery Delay

If your order is delayed, we will contact you with a genuine reason for the delay and provide an updated status within 48 hours.

4. Product Out of Stock

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.

5. Less Quantity Delivered

If you receive fewer items than ordered, we will dispatch the missing quantity within 7 working days.

6. Order Cancellation

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a 5% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total order amount, and the balance amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Please note that custom-made items, such as made-to-order Playground Systems or Swings, may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started; please contact us before ordering to confirm.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, within the timeframes stated above. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
