Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery across India on our range of outdoor furniture, playground equipment, swings, and benches, to give you a convenient shopping experience.

1. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Ready-to-ship products (e.g., select Chairs, Benches, and Coffee Tables) are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
Products that are specially made to order — such as custom Playground Systems, Multi Play Systems, and made-to-order Swings — may take up to 4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on size and specification.

2. Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change to your delivery address before your order is shipped, provided the new address is within the same city. Once an order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.

3. Order Tracking

We ship orders through our own logistics team or trusted delivery partners such as FedEx, Gati, Bluedart, and other courier or transport partners. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address. For large or bulky items (such as playground systems and multi-piece furniture sets) shipped by truck or special transport, our team will keep you updated on delivery status directly. 4. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

Each order is delivered to a single address only. If you would like products delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

5. Receiving Your Order

Someone else may receive the order on your behalf; however, they must present valid ID proof at the time of delivery.

6. Installation & Large Items

Certain products, including playground systems and multi-piece furniture, may require assembly. Please refer to the product page or contact us for specific assembly and installation guidance for your item.
