Kasha Outdoor designs, manufactures, and sells outdoor furniture, playground equipment, swings, and benches, including but not limited to:

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once we accept it, which may be communicated by email, WhatsApp, or phone. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

3. Product Descriptions & Customisation

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and finishes accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly due to natural material variation (wood, iron, fiber, acrylic) and photography/screen settings. Certain products, particularly playground systems and made-to-order swings, are manufactured specifically for your order after confirmation; lead times for such items are as described in our Shipping Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through the methods made available at checkout. Full or partial payment may be required in advance for custom-made or large-scale playground and furniture orders, as communicated at the time of order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out how damaged, incorrect, delayed, or cancelled orders are handled, and forms part of these Terms.

7. Warranty

Our outdoor furniture, playground equipment, swings, and benches are built for durability, but as with any outdoor product, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme weather, misuse, or unauthorised modification is not covered. Please contact us for specific warranty terms applicable to your product before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Kasha Outdoor or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct
